My Roots and Evolution
I was born in the Vosges, a region where nature thrives. From a young age, I was always asking questions about the world around me, seeking meaning and depth. In 2015, armed with a business degree but lacking passion for the conventional path, I packed my bags and ventured to England. Without knowing a word of English, this leap into the unknown opened doors to a much broader world than I ever imagined.
A subsequent trip across Europe was a revelation. It was during this journey that I realized my aspirations diverged from societal expectations. Rather than conforming to a stable, routine life, I chose adventure, exploration, and genuine experiences.
A Passion Revealed
Today, having studied digital marketing and communications and explored various professions, I’ve discovered where my true passion lies: in connecting with others and preserving our planet. Each trip I undertake is an opportunity to create a positive impact, and I aspire to inspire others to do the same.
A Path of Discovery and Encounters
In 2021, I made a pivotal decision to leave everything behind. I still recall that moment when I exchanged the comfort of a stable life in France for the unknown of a slow, low-carbon, and transformative journey. It wasn’t merely a change of scenery; it was a turning point. Traveling through diverse landscapes—from mountains to steppes—allowed me to fully embrace my values of freedom, love for nature, and authenticity.
But my adventure began long before that. Deep down, I harbored a thirst for freedom and a desire to give meaning to my travels. Tired of living a life that didn’t resonate with my core values, I departed without a return ticket. My goal? To redefine what it means to travel—traveling in a way that regenerates the places I visit and supports local communities rather than depleting them.
Why Do This?
I believe travel has immense power. It connects worlds, breaks down barriers, and offers us a precious opportunity to give back to those who welcome us. Along the way, I’ve learned that this exchange is reciprocal. The people I meet and the projects I engage in enrich me in immeasurable ways. Every encounter, every landscape, brings a richness that transcends conventional discoveries.
A New Adventure
After years of saving to make this dream a reality, I finally hit the road in 2021. From France to Georgia, I traversed Eastern Europe, savoring magical moments. Every step was grounded in my commitment to travel only by land and sea, thereby minimizing my carbon footprint.
In 2022, I ventured to South Asia—a region of striking contrasts, rich cultures, and breathtaking landscapes. It was here that I recognized my journey needed a more committed focus. After thoughtful consideration in 2023, I decided to pause and better structure my environmental projects.
Thus, in 2024, after spearheading a campaign against plastic pollution in Nepal, I turned a new page in my career. I launched an ethical and eco-responsible travel agency—an adventure that embodies my values, encounters, and learnings. I genuinely hope it inspires fellow travelers to discover the world in a new light.
