Building a bridge between people, local actors and politics
Learn today, lead tomorrow : empowering Nepal through environmental action and education.
This educational project to raise young people's awareness of climate change took place in March 2024. We carried out the project on a voluntary basis in seven schools between Kathmandu and Pokhara, with the aim of raising pupils' awareness of the issues surrounding climate change and the practical solutions they can adopt.
The project was carried out entirely without financial or material support, with the exception of a donation for the purchase of gloves. All costs, including travel, workshop design and facilitation, were met from personal time and limited resources.
An ambition for the future
We firmly believe that this type of initiative can have a lasting impact on local communities. To replicate and extend this project on a larger scale, we are looking for:
Committed companies and individuals: if you would like to contribute to this environmental education mission in Nepal, contact us now!
Together, we can inspire future generations to act for a sustainable future.

This project wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of these amazing individuals:
Jeanne Allard, fellow fresqueuse, who poured her boundless energy and expertise into co-creating the workshop alongside her many other commitments.
Xuna Shresta from Sukhawati, a Nepalese NGO combating fast fashion, who not only connected me with key contacts but also offered unwavering support throughout the project.
Moti Pariyar, whose communication skills were invaluable during countless phone calls and outreach efforts. His constant support gave me the strength to carry on.
Saurav and Sushil who volunteered to facilitate the workshop and coordinated the campaign activities in Pokhara, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
Arjun from Vision Adventure Nepal, whose generous donation allowed us to purchase gloves for students, enabling a safe and impactful trash cleanup activity.
All the volunteers who spontaneously joined in, offering their time and help to support the project.
The school directors, teachers, and all those who facilitated awareness sessions on plastic pollution, helping to inspire and educate the next generation.
Their collective efforts made this project a reality, and I am endlessly grateful for their contributions!
